I've only had it since November yet so far the keypad has been replaced, it restarts randomly, the sound is problematic and too quiet (lacks bass, washes out the other tones when you put up the bass equalizer) and the interface is laggy. Other than that, it's a great phone but it has annoyed me too much.

I'm on contract with O2, do you think if I gave them a bell they would let me have the W960i instead? At the moment it has this stupid restarting fault and I don't feel like sending it away for another two bloody weeks to get sorted.

Any ideas?

Only way to find out is to give them a try. You have nothing to lose! (Except maybe your K850i to be replaced by a W960i)
