Actually i took a look at the Handago X1 page the other day and was wondering what happened to all the apps that were being made for just the X1? as although there are loads of apps they are just the same WM apps as before. Same thing goes for where are all the custom panels that were going to create this all new user eco system any sign of them anywhere yet?

SE should have hired the same company that did the iPhone advertising. Simple, straightforward "what can I do with this phone" type of ads. Where is the X1 equivalent to Monkey Ball (accelerometer free of course)? IOW, there needs to be some wow factor added to the X1 beside the X-panels. X-Panels are practical, yet boring. There needs to be something that makes the X1 look appealing to mainstream just by seeing it on television.
OK, I'm done with my rant. 
Told you all La La Leigh was a waste of space! but seriously lok at the phone the X1 only has one real "feature" the panels! and they are nothing ground breaking.
The more I look at this device, the more I am convinced its a lot of hype surrounding a rather ordinary product with little real substance about it.
Why else create that Johnny X crap? simple, make the hype around the product big enough and people might just assume they are buying something far more exciting than the rather ordinary product they will actually find them self owning!
In an attempt to create some additional "excitment" around the X1 are trying to make owners believe the http://xperiancers.com/ Blog is a kind of creative hub for X1 owners! WHAT A JOKE its a rather tawdry blog run by Wolfstar one of 's PR agencys In short it is NOTHING more than a clever advertisement / market survey site with yet again little substance.
The fact that so far the only network to commit themselves to carrying the device for certain are Vodafone, tells me that the others were sufficiently underwhelmed to turn it down I shall be taking a long hard look before i invest any of my cash in the thing.

Well the one shown here runs like a dog! If that is what we can expect FORGET IT!
Its been a long time since I have seen so much lag on a device that seemed to be running nothing more testing than its standard mode, if that is it at its best I am right, the X1 is all just a load of hype.

handytick.de lets you preorder your x1. They say it'll be available 1-2 weeks.
The price is ok without a contract but pretty heavy with contract...325€ with a 24 months contract (100 free minutes)
To expensive for me.....I wonder how much the touch hd will be...?

my friend gave me his official se X1 prototype to me (but its only because he has a C905 prototype)  he dousent know that XPERIA to me is much better than c905 it may only have 3.2mp but it has much much more feautures than a c905.
