XS+ No K800i Phone Info? |

Hi, There is a problem with my K800i and i dont know what it is, there is a blinking red light in the IR port what does this mean? I have searched the forums on this and other sites and it says that my "EROM" is damaged? I dont know what this means but i got help of somebody, and he told me to download XS++ and it will update my "EROM" for me. I have downloaded this and read the instructions on how to connect my phone to it, I take the battery out and then insert it back in, while the phone is switched off, i hold 2 + 5 (because C doesn't do anything for me), i clicked connect on XS++ and then insert the cable for the K800i. Once i have done this, on screenshots of other peoples phones it has phone information, but for some reason my phone doesn't. It only shows this:

And has no options on what i can do and what files i can flash it with.
Can somebody please help me please? This is urgest.

xs++ freezes when you press and hold 2&5 even on a working phone.
before you try this, make sure your phone is fully charged!
grab a copy of setool2lite 1.11 and see if you can get that to detect your phone. if you can, then try any one of these solutions
