When a handsfree headset is connected to K810 it is set to automaticly answer whoever is calling. But if the button # is held which brings the phone to silent then it will not answer incoming calls automaticly but one must press a button to answer.
This has also been happening to K750.
I have already tried the Ericsson support service and they have no idea.
The reason that this feature is badly needed is because of ppl who are handicapped and are unable to move their hands and thus unable to push the button for answering the call.
