They won't release a N94.
Nor they will release a N74 or N84. 'cause Nokia don't use N*4 numbers.
And for generic phones they don't use it either. Try to find 10 phones with a 4 in the digits! You won't find them

3410 was titled regionally on purpose for Europe, where its not unlucky. To build on the stupidly huge success of the 3310 mainly, thats why.
