K850 Volume rocker missing |

Guys can you help me. When I play music files sometimes the volume controller is gone I literally can't control the volume for music but zooming with the camera and pictures have no problem when I restart the phone I can access it happened to me 3 times already.
Anybody here with k850 have similar experience? |

Its a bug as listed in phones with 029 software. More details here.
Install the software that came with the phone on to your PC and you can update your phone.

ummm i tried to update but the SEUS.exe forgot the whole file name that i downloaded told me that my K850 is already updated with latest firmware
weird huh?
this is what is written in my software version
1200-4404
R1CA037
071012
any idea? what I can do to resolve this. |

that bug is also on the 037 firmware

Does upgrading to 038 firmware remove this problem. I'm really annoyed when I use media player and camera switch those function really reveals this problem..... |

I tried to update awhile ago
It says that I already use the latest firmware....
but I press continue anyway hope this fixes my problem |

Just noticed the same problem... When using the Radio, I could not change the volume  (FW R1CA037)
Removing the battery for some seconds solved it for me...

It seems that is a problem with 037 f/w. I have to restart the phone to make it work. Let's hope that will be fixed in the upcoming major update.

Make a "Norwegian boot", take out the battery and wait around 15 mins.
I had this problem two weeks ago but I haven't experienced this afther I did the above. |
