I have a branded K850i with 038 firmware, how long does your’s battery last? (or how much in percentage left with your’s utilization)

Mine is 61% left after 24 hours, 7 sms, 8 photos, 3 times ring alarm and no call

turn 3G mode off if you don't need it, if you do need it, turn it off then on.

with GSM network and quite much calling/using i charge my k850 (fw 037) after 4 days.

sometimes when i dont use the flash or listen music so much, i charge after 5 days.

ps..i allways have 100% brightness on the screen.(bluetooth allways off...it drain your battery quite fast otherwise).

I have a problem with my battery since I upgraded to the 038

At present my green battery meter is showing at around 90% but in the profile it's telling me I have only 64 % left Any idea which is more likely to be the more accurate ?

btw I charged it via USB yesterday afternoon and havent used it today. Has anyone else encountered the 2 readings being different ?

With 038 firmware the battery go down faster and the percentage left is different from the green battery meter, i think the first is more accurate.
Now i have 35% left with 41 hours , moderate usage (1 call, 10 photo, 11 sms), brightness 100%, no 3g.
Probably with old 029 fw. it would be 55-60% left...

@plank

Think I might of though of a solution to remedy the numerous problems with the K850i.

Plank if you send YOUR K850i to SE and they use that to replicate every K850i built and produced from now on there won't be a single faulty K850i?

going to r37 i noticed poor battery performance. Turns out that the brightness had been reset and needs to be set back to around 50% helped me.

After the last charge mine seems to be doing ok but last week. I charged it over night on Monday, took it off at 7am Tuesday and by 8pm Wednesday it was dead again. I'd sent/received about 80 texts in total and nothing more. No phone calls, no WAP, no MMS, no alarms, 3G was off and didn't use Bluetooth once. It was nothing but texts and I only got 37 hours. Absolutely useless. Obviously I charged it again Wednesday night and that lasted until Sunday night, about 75 texts in total, no WAP, bluetooth, 3G turned off, 11 phone calls totalling about 5 or 6 minutes. Since Sunday, a total of about 70 texts, 1 call (about 30 seconds), no 3G, no Bluetooth and I've just downloaded one them off Esato via WAP, battery is down to 54%.

The battery seems very strange on this thing. One minute it'll completely drain in no time at all, the next, it will last a few days. Still rubbish considering I could easily manage at least 5 days out of my K800 but hey ho.....

Will that really helps? If so, how much of a difference? Thanks
