Hi everyone, I swapped my K750 CID49īs cam module for the CID36 one. However, using any K750 firmware, pics are still pretty bad (?). Finally, iīve flashed it to W800 R1BC002 and updated camdriver to original 5.3. Pics now are pretty decent, both at night and at daytime. However, daytime ones have low sharpness, I gotta enhance them with PC software. Does anyone know if Cid49 phones have a low sharpness setting by default? Coz pics are just not as sharp as the CID36 phones even after swapping cam modules. Do you recommend using a driver with higher sharpness or is there anyway to tweak the original driver to have a different sharpness value so that pics are as good as the CID36 phones? Iīd really appreciate some advice from expert modders or people who have changed their cam module in their K750 CID49 as iīm really getting nowhere after swapping cam modules.
Thankyou very much for any help
Cheers

@tranced: yep youīre right tranced, taken your advice and have posted it on one of the modded camdrive threads.

@number1: well, itīs happened to me with both 4.5 and 5.3 original camdrivers. Iīve got 5.3 now with w800 fw and pics are ok at daytime but just lack the correct sharpness value. Hereīs a link to the 5.3:

um, well i donīt really know! What would be the correct sharpness value of the cid36 k750 phones? Because even with the cid36 cam module on my cid49 phone, sharpness value is still pretty crap, but i just donīt know if the correct value is higher or lower... if u get what i mean... In a nutshell, sharpness and probably saturation on this phone are still not correct even with cid36 cam module.

Hi number1,

Iīve just tried the tweaked 5.3 you uploaded but I seem to get more noise on night mode pics than before. Would it be possible to leave the colour saturation like it was and just modify the sharpness level? If you tell me what line or part it is in the driver dat, i can even modify it myself.

Thanks a lot and sorry to bother again!
