@islandprd
How can you compare a dumb phone with so little features and a 256k screen with a devcies that does so much more and is packed full of features that all use power. It's like comparing a Smart cars petrol consumption to a Maybach you are not comapreing like for like.

Marc,
I have a feeling that you OFTEN don’t read my replies on the thread but instead just jump into conclusion.
The whole point is not to show whether SE K750 triumph over N95 8GB, but instead is not as sh*tty as one member bashed it for.
I have written in the same thread that I have no doubt N95 8GB feature’s wise wins hands down. (Did you even read that?) However N95 8GB does not top everything esp when comes to photo or UI speed. See the Santa pic, its wood/stone/tree’s texture on the thread 1224?
If you bother to print out to 3R or 4R photo, you will find out that often K750 pics (in the thread) turn out to be more pleasant in the eye. Different case when you blow it up at your 30” monitor as that when having more pixels wins.

@SIGHUP
Great review its a beaut!
@everyone
May i add that the battery meter on all 3 of the SE phones i have owned (W800, W900 and W880) also have misleading battery meters, with the % going up and down like a Yo-Yo. I can say that yes the battery meter on my N81 also isn't great,it will show full bars (7bars) for about 7hours of heavy use, then drop to 6bars and stay at 6bars for another 1hour+ ,then by the time its at 3bars it drops the 2bars quickly and the last bar like SIGHUP says it sticks around for over 2hours, i still feel this offers great battery life and so does my mate's N95-8GB compared to my old N80, and his old N91.

As a phone K750 is very good. You are satisfied with it, isnt it? But if you put it next to N95 8G the polite way is to say "much worse" or impolitely "sh*tty".

May I use your phrase "blow it up". That's what I think you are doing when you describe the N95-8G. You make it sound like the inaccurate battery meter breaks the N95-8G. Or the slower UI speed (compared to a dumbphone) is a nail in the coffin for N95. Maybe you should re-read the way you diss the N95 before saying anyone dont read your post or misunderstood you.

Speaking of the K750, its my favorite phone of all time! If it only had US 3G and WIFI I would use it forever!!

Forever? Nah... dont think so
For once, I am already spoiled for a big screen on my N95 8GB |

Actually you're right. I bought another N95-3 because of the 3G band and I gotta tell ya, I gave it to my girlfriend because the 2.8 screen is way better.
When the NAM N95 8GB comes out, I'll get that and sell this one. |

Who doesnt like big screen? Maybe some minority but overall people prefer bigger screen, just like tv
This is roughly my N95 8GB battery chart.

So does my K800, it goes down during heavy usage and bounced back a little bit when back to light usage/standby. Overall it goes down quite alright, not so drastic.
This is roughly my K800 chart:

Still enjoying this phone. The gps is slow. But better than not having it. I just found out you can have video as your ringtone. |

Yeah its not just you.
Good thing for me is that I don't need to use it all the time. Just when traveling to Los Angeles or Las Vegas. |

Dude, It looks like N96 is going to have what we want. Dual LED torch (video light)

Shame the smallish battery which means we have to carry the charger everywhere |
