So, guys. Finally got a reply on this on.
He said thanks for the mails and our interest in Sony Ericsson. He told me he would forward the emails to Aldo Liguori, who's in charge of the communication at SEMC. Hmrpf, have already mentioned the idea to Aldo several times...

Mmmm I don't want to sound pessimistic but that sounds a bit like the usual corporate brush-off...."we'll forward your request to the relevant department...."
A really positive response would've been "Why yes that's exactly what we're planning to do ! What features would you like to see in the forum? Suggestions welcome !"

count me in too. An official forum is really good, coz then we will be able to make a direct communication with the company, thus, any issues with handset can be passed on very quickly.
