I've been trying to purchase something off ebay the requires immediate payment through paypal but when i click the pay button i get page cannot be found click here to retry. This has been going of for 2 days now, just wondered if anybody else was experiencing this problem too.

I just bought something else and used my debit card and it wouldn't work so i used my credit card and was told it has been refused but there is plenty of money in each account. This is really strange, when i click the back button i get this payment has already been sent and another time i got this recipient cannot receive payments.

I think there is a Paypal problem, I went on the Ebay community boards last night for another reason, but noticed a couple of threads there on Paypal having problems, with the same symptoms that you've described.
