I recently got a K850i. I noticed that when i shooting video clips in normal mode, it starts with high fps like 25,26, then the fps drops to about 14 to 15, and it happens every time!!

BTW, i tried to update the service once, but it failed due to a early release of the button 'c'. ever since, there is the message ' no update available' showing all the time. Is there a way that i can roll back the update to its original version and re-update the service? I'm figuring this might help with the recording problem.

any help will be appreciated
so worried about it now >_<|||

Hi, don't worry, your phone is just fine. As there is no update available as of now, SEUS surely says 'update isn't available'.

your problem is common.

i have seen many K850 video samples and 90% of them have the same problem.

it is software related and hopefuly will be fixed.

your video is actually 25~30 fps but visually you see 15 per second because the encoder records each frame twice in the video.(so the player says that it is 30fps but only 15 frames are shown in a second)

this problem is due to the phone software....

try master reset.

if that fails correcting your problem... flash your phone in a nearby service center (it will not give you a new firmware but a refresh of the phone rom memory may fix this)!!!

and the final solution:
wait for an update from SEUS!!
