Was: w910i problems

When i connect the headset to my phone during a call, it would work through the headset for about 30 secs then disconnect so the other persons voice comes from the earpiece. When i listen to music this doesnt happen, only in phone calls.
I also have the restart problem as well.

Can i be assured that these 2 problems are firmware related and can be fixed with firmware updates in the future?

And why cant i zoom while in camera mode?

Hi

Yes I feel its firmware related. May require a flashing.

i'm not sure about the headset problem..

BUT WOW i never realised how you cant zoom in camera mode. i just tried zooming and i get a message saying ZOOMING IS NOT SUPPORTED IN THIS MODE

hrmm...quite weird, i guess we should just wait for a firmware upgrade.

Hi

There are firmwares available and we do offer services for flashing.
But even the present flashes have a few bugs , will keep you updated when they release the next one.
