@Dogmann:-Any success with regards bedding as yet?

The stuff that currently clings to your mattress looks like 1980-85 era.

@bidboy

If it was sent RMSD it should arrive next day.

@Symbiangeeza

Are you referring to my Northern Nights 100% brushed Cotton classic design Duvet? possibly the most comfortable sleep you can get?

Well like you i didn't think there was much branding as it seems quite light only after debranding did i realise just how much they had actually changed. Also the Download section went from being virtually empty to having much more in it, so whilst it may appear it is not much different i think you would get a shock if you debranded.

I’ve a new N95 8GB bought in HK. Back in Europe, I updated it in order to have Euro1 language pack, instead of English/Chinese. All went well, and the warranty was not valid in Europe anyway.

I was used to a SE750i (excellent) and I would prefer a SE95 8GB if there was one…

For now - I got it a few days ago – I have 2 questions: When I start Gallery it shows every picture and video available on the phone. Is there a way of changing that? I use to have pictures I prefer to keep more private…
Does the camera need to be always noisy?
I also miss the torch light the SE750i has.

Of course this N95 8GB is super phone and I love it, but there are a few tiny things that SE would have probably sorted out in a better way.

It’s a matter of personal taste but I think the dark Themes suit the N95 better. Where can I get the "Black 1.4" ?

Download Y-Browser :-

http://www.drjukka.com/YBrowser.html

Use Y-Browser to find the photo or video you want to hide.
Select Options/File/Attributes/Hidden & select 'Yes', the file will then not show in the gallery.

To disable the camera sound :-
Select Tools/Profiles/General/Personalise, scroll down to 'Warning Tones' & select 'Off'.

Sure. But nevertheless when I start the Gallery, everything is mixed. I don't see the point of that. And now everytime I press the button on the side (next to the camera button) it shows the last picture added after displaying "opening" with the work in progress symbol, for a few seconds. I think that's not normal, but no matter I try to change that, I always get the same result. Any ideas?

@bidboy
thanks for your precious input. I'm going to follow your suggestions.

@vabopi

That button is a shortcut to the Gallery app and shows the last picture in the Gallery not last viewed and one click and you are at the first picture in your Gallery. If you want a simple way to hide things from appearing in the Gallery just move them to the My Video's Folder on the Mass Memory and they will no longer appear in the Gallery.

I found n95 8gb bass is not kickin enough compared to my n81 8gb(sold). I mean when i put headphones amd start listening to the music, yikes! The sound quality is really inferior to n81 8gb.
Do anyone feel the same or it just me?

@nokiamaniax

Well i haven't tried a N81 8GB but with my Music encoded the way i have it and my Shure EC2g headphones i wouldn't say it is lacking in Bass at all. As i have previously stated i am about to sell my 5th gen iPod as the sound i get from my N95 8gb is more than good enough to replace it IMO.
