hi there i have a sony erricson w810i and i t was okay till earlyer on when i went to turn it on all it does is flash a full white screen, i tried to take out batterie n sim and still the same i plugged into the pc and still the same , any idea whats up and if it can be fixed? thanks |

hi
seems you have to flash your phone or upgrade it with SEUS. find SEUS at the  webpage

hi i tried that it gets up to 97% complete then says unable to install any ideas? |

well, can you at least turn your phone on?
otherwise try upgrading again.

still not got done downloaded software but cant find main or fs files to enter into the program ??? |
