Virgin media are useless. We got disconnected at the end of every month for 3 months because our direct debit payments were being taken out on the last day of each month and they expected them on the 28th. Also, normal 3g was faster and more reliable then virgin media.

I was amazed it how easy it connected last night. I just installed the PC Suite, connected the USB and I was away, it was literally that easy.

I had problem at first when I installed the new PC suite and when I plugged the phone in, it kept detecting and undecting it right away.

Then I uninstalled my K800i's PC suite and it worked fine XD. Multiple copies of PC suite is not advised lol.

I agree with you - absolutely brilliant. USB charging noticeably better now as well. Overall a great phone, with so much potential once they iron out these software corruptions.

Nice to see a positive thread for a change - all the whingeing gets me down!

^^I know, it feels like one big Wailing Wall around here sometimes.

Yeah, the modem has been a bit of a life-saver for me as my home Broadband is down still. Plus, I'm not restricted to wi-fi when out and about now.

Im using it with the old K800i cable as a test now because the new one is so short that I cant see of hold the phone while its plugged in XD. I have to leave it on top of the computer case, it doesnt reach any furthur.

I've started having Issues with my phone now lol, but I'll save them for a different thread rather then ruin this positive one

Oh heavens mate. Why are you restricted to GPRS rates?! I haven't seen data speeds like that personally since my ol' T39m days (GPRS was the fastest it could go).

no other option here yet.

Ukraine, city Lutsk, cant wait till they get 3G here

in Aussie, we still pay ridiculous amounts for data traffic. Basically $100 a month get's you 1GB. It's the same kind of plan whether you are on 3G or 2G gprs.

If you can't afford $100 a month plan, you pay $5 for the first 5MB after which it reverts to 2c per Kb!!

I'm ultra jealous of you guys with 10GB mobile data plans!

What Firmware do you have on the phone. If you have R1CA029 the phone very rarely shows H, (If at All) Firmware R1CA037 does show the H tho
