well, i think that NEC had the first quadband phone. moto released one not long after (ie v600). |

First 3Mp camera phone was the Xcute DV1... it's also the first phone to have VGA video recording @ 30Fps
First Slim phone i guess was the Samsung C100, though it's not as slim as Motorola's RAZR that have started the trends for slim phones

Ericsson's HPM-10 MP3 player started having the MultiMedia card (MMC) slot first AFAIK, but HPM-10 is an attachment, not onboard slot.

I disagree, I actually took a lot of memorable and printable photos with my 1.3mp S700i which IMHO is still the best 1.3mp phone to this day

that award goes to the Sharp 902. in 2004 it had by far te best quality for its time and had optical zoom. |
