Actually, the TDSAT was set up by TRAI itself. The main function of the tribunal is to adjudicate any dispute between a service provider and a GROUP of consumers. It even has the power to overrule some of the decisions made by the TRAI. Vineet , did you complain dude?

i read some where in news that airtel has launched EDGE technology in Mumbai and Delhi and other metros. I haven't seen EDGE demo yet but they claim it can play video clips. Has any one seen the demo ?. if we can play video then i think we also should be able to browse through cell phone gprs connection on our computer faster then GPRS right ?

well, i used orange and bpl mobile GPRS connections for surfing net through cell phone by using cell phone as modem but the connections was pretty lame but again i stay little bit on the edge of Mumbai network so connection is not very good here.

also Manish I guess rs.5 per hour is internet charges and phone connection charges should be extra, recently bsnl have reduced the tariff for internet calls on 17**** numbers and now the plus during the day time is around 450 seconds and in night its 900 seconds. read more at bsnl.net.in web site dig the news section. i also advice you to refrain yourself from using abusive language which doesn't represent good character on your part and i don't want any non-Indian reading our threads to think we are still illiterate people who don't know how to debate peacefully. Don't react like our stupid illiterate ministers who keep fighting in parliament.

peace
