For me, VGA vs QVGA makes a huge difference, four times better to be exact (QVGA is 76.8 Kpixels while VGA is 307.2 Kpixels). I wouldn't hesitate picking the M800 before the TyTN II. Or maybe I would... Apparently ETEN is not famous for the excellent build quality of their devices.

mathematically you are correct, of course, but having seen the two screens side by side its clear that maths is not all there is to it

M800 comes only 64mb RAM which i think is very insufficient for a VGA screen running some extensive programs, havent tried it thoug, but i think it should be a 128mb instead
