Hope this helps! Cheers, Dcuk |

er,lol,why did you post it?
EDIT:you said it was not from a camera phone...
No, I said that it's not from a K850i. It is from another camera phone but I thought the main point was that some camera phones can produce photos comparable at least to P&S cameras.

@DarKMaGiCiaN:
The photos are very good, but three of them are very small. Why?

I would also like to point out that alot of people now take DVD's full of images to view on other peoples P.C.s/TV's.
you've kind of answered your own point here though. When you're viewing 5MP+ photo's on a monitor or a TV screen, you cannot get the whole picture in view when viewing at 100% view, and as such you're always going to get a reduced picture.

@Plankgatan
No offense or anything and i hope you don't mind , but man you've been praising your K850 since the beginning of thread.I mean now your saying that K850 can take better piczz then N95 and i-Mobile 902 , well i think there are ONLY like VERY VERY VERY few photos that will be taken better with K850 , The i-mobile 902's camera is REALLY GOOD ! ... K850 might be able to compete with N95 , but i-mobile has a really good camera ...
I love my K750 ! I love my N73 Music Edition ! I love my Sony Ericsson K810 ! |

@rockerZ...i have NEVER said i-mobile have a bad camera...i only said that many of k850 Macro, Portrait & Flash pics are better.
(i-mobile take awesome night/low light pics....but the rest is similar)
------------------------------------------------------------------
its not so many cell phones who can take with this colors & sharpness with NO flash and bad indoor-light.
(i dont want to brag, i only give the commendation for the camera)
just look at the sharpness and the colors.....amazing

For God Sake don't compare that Pic with the Bird ...
That photo is awesome , No doubt ! , but if it would have been taken by a i-Mobile it would have been better ...

I got my beauty today and had really little time to play with it but i managed to shoot some "test-shots"
Much talk here about comparing the phone with a regular digicam and i can admit that you can buy a regular digicam today for around 135$ that would completely whoop the K850i. But yet again, thats not what we are talking about and i where well clear about this before i bought it.
Im very pleased sofar, for being a phone the pictures are quite amazing i think. I have also had K800, K810 earlier and the pictures i get with the K850i are alot better. But on the other hand i canīt recommend all of you who has the K800, K810 to buy the K850 just for getting a better cam. They can also produce decent shots.
Zooming pics to 100% will show quite a bit of noise and the pictures come up quite "pale" straight from the phone. They need a bit of "boost" in a photo-editor. Just applying some "autolevels" makes tons of difference.
I prefer this rather than some heavy stange noise reduction in the phone who takes away all the details because i almost always use a simple photo-editor to play with my pictures and resize them.
Here are some shots:
Resized Original
Crop of the fullsize pic
And after a run with "autolevels" in acdsee
Resized only
100% crop of the original
Resized original
100% crop of the original
Resized original
And after a fast "autolevel"
Sideshot of my little car in lack of other objects nearby. Resized and autoleveled in acdsee
Im really happy with it. I use a real digicam for "serious" shooting but i have always dreamt of having a better cam in my phone also for those quick funny moments. Think im going to have much fun with my K850i
