Wow guys! Truely amazing photos!! I've just downloaded the new firmware and am installing it now! Have people reported better quality pics with the new firmware or am I wasting my time? Before I couldn't get pictures as good as yours. |

hey guys just got the k850 today...awesum phone..but i have the firware version 29..is the 37 released yet?and if it is..hw can i download?? |

Yes, the update is released on SEUS now!
But unfortunally it is only for the northern region.. It do not seem to have the issue with the flash out of sync..
Tip:
- If you can place your phone at at the ground, a table or something to help keeping it steady.
- Experiment with the settings.
- On macro shots, if you can, place your phone on something and use the timer setting.
-If you have to hold your phone, hold your breath tills you are finished with the photo. Even when it is focusing.

no...the only firmware right now is: R1CA029...new firmware come middle of Dec.
i should only install firmware from  homepage...if you damage you phone with this SEUS stuff, its bye bye with your 2 years warranty

SEUS= Sony Ericson Update Service...
Sorry plank, but you are wrong, the RC1...037 are released for the Nordic Region. (read the K850i Firmware tread..)
I updated mine from the Update Service on the CD following with my phone, about one and a half hour ago.
Yes, there will be a new FW release on December, 10th.

what.....this must be wrong.......i spook to support today, (my friend works there), and he said its was NO new fimware online..............(so how is this possible ??????? why isnt the fimware on home page....
ps...when i search on seus, i get linked to a NON offical website.........??????
ps...a little tip..ALLWAYS DPY UPPDATE YOUR PHONES...MUCH MUCH BETTER.....(then you get a clean install directley in the memory..when you uppdate yourself the software lays layer by layer, (if i explain shortly)
DPY uppdate can only be done at your local work shop..(its of course free..goes under the warranty

anyone who have a link there we can see the changes in this new firmware ?????..(it allways some notes...maybe show it the 10 dec when the "real" firmware comes out)
can anyone confirm if the flash pics is improved ???? (my flash works fine, but i want it to synk 100% all pictures...maybe thats to much to demand..its only a tiny cell phone flash .. i have never had that on a cell phone before.
have anyone notice the diffrent between k800/k810 flash and k850 flash in DOCUMENT PROFILE ???????...k800/k810 take realy high contrast pics with document profile...with k850 its not happends....can someone confirm if you have the same thing with your document profile flash pictures ???
