Just finished it this morning.
The project is finally complete for now. Its had a W800 middle chassis, W800 buttons + MSD cover + joystick, Orange K750 front and rear section and full W800 firmware installed
I think it looks quite nice
Just a little scratch on the battery cover which I gotta sort out now.
What do you think ???

Remove the battery cover
Undo the 2 phillips screws holding the rear section onto the chassis
Undo the 2 T-6 screws in the bottom corner of the battery compartment
Unclip the rear section
Unclip the front section
Undo the 2 T-6 screws above the screen (These hold the screen and main PCB to the chassis)
Everything else unplugs from the main PCB. The joystick just slides off
Then lift out the main PCB starting from the top and slide out of the Fast Port connector.
Remove the small bits (CAREFULLY) that are still in the chassis and refit into the new chassis.
Transfer the Fast Prot connector, main PCB etc over to the new chassis. Refit the housing.
All done
For the W800 software. I used Wotanserver.

Cheers
Only thing that would finish it off is the keypad LED's being orange but I think that might be sorted quite soon as I know where there's a W800 keypad PCB
