First off I just wanted to say this forum is wonderful and I love coming here.

My problem is since I got my T68i phone it has been awesome. I love it to death, recently though it has been happening when someone calls I can hear them but they cannot hear me. It has happened a few times, and the signal I have it good. Anyone else have a fix for this problem. I read about people upgrading firmware on their phones, how do I go about doing this? Or how do I tell which version I have and if I need a upgrade, and will the upgrade fix this problem.
