when i open built in time in my p990 after 30-40 seconds second hand disappear, enyone have same problem

It is not a problem, it's a feature. The idea is to save power by not showing the seconds hand after a while. Been there since the very beginning in all phones. |

I have some trouble with Wifi fall out of conneting.
Haves ome trouble with the camera doesnt taken good picture always somting wrong with autofocus i think.
The alarm sound is very weak not loud is it was.

Your CDA (Netherlands) is 2 updates behind. After organiser R5A17 there'll be R6D23 and R6E28 which is the current and final firmware update. The problems you describe is symptomatic of R5A17 although I'd have to say that the camera wasn't too bad for me with that firmware as I took a lot of beautiful pictures on that firmware when I was travelling

Yes, had the same Netherland and kept it since it gives you 61 available RAM instead of only 59 for the rest!!! However, I decided to go current and changed the CDA to World1 and updated to the latest fw!

In messaging...
"Reply" is available in FC mode while on SMS list. In FO mode, you have to open the message before you can reply.
Reply as SMS or MMS is available in FC mode; Not available in FO mode

So in the Netherlands won't get the new firmware,but how can i chance my CDA?
Have i to send my phone to SE dealer somthing like that?

Hi there,
I got my P990i in February and i've never updated the firmware since
Phone: R7A001 Bluetooth R4F01 Organizer R3B01 CDA R3B01. I tried about 5 times now with no success in updating it. When i run the update service at point where you have to switch off the phone..., press C while plugging the USB cable onto the phone, on the first attempt it says "Updated Failed", when retry it stays it on "Detecting" forever. At one time it ran the whole night and it was still running in the morining. Has anyone come accross this or know what could be the probelm? |

Today I took some movies with:
1) k800i - it has autofocus in video mode
2) w660i - it doesn't has autofocus either movie or photo mode, but the movie is preaty sharp, although bulky like all SE phones
And when I watch movies taken with P990i I'm very upset  I want r4 firmware, the one that did autofocus movies even if I had to do the tricky thing
I don't want to sell the phone cause I already lost money with it. The warranty period, I think, is over, because they got me waiting for the wow release r6, but I didn't got any improvemts on the video side.
I hope we'll have another small update, even the last, but to correct this autofocus bug. |

Have you installed the USB flash driver? It's in your P990 CD-installer. |
