Hi

All of a sudden the track id on my k810i has stopped working. It worked the first couple of days i had the phone and hadnt used it since then until recently, after sampling the music it came up with "were sorry but your device is not allowed to use this service" how come it was a week ago ????

I havent made any changes to the phone like software flashing or debranding or anything like that i have no idea why it would stop working. I am in the UK and on 02 if thats any help to anyone.

Thanks

hi

the problem should be with your operator then. call them and tell them your problem.

Trackid on my k810 have work all time. (its nothing wrong with your phones, its probably the server your phone connecting. or maybe the firmware in your phone, but i doubt that)

Its worked yesterday with same conf, havent even restarted it. But now it just say "your device isnt allowed to use this service".

But just now i've got confirmed from S-E that the problem has been found at the servers at grace-something .. who host this service. So they think the problem should be solved asap.

Checked the track ID on my K810 last nightafter reading this thread and it worked fine.

Only problems I currentlyhave are the RSS reader not updating and the phone gets quite hot at times.
I tried sniffing coke once but didnt like it. The bubbles kept going up my nose

Mine has stopped working in the last 24 hours. Im on T-Mobile and have done a master reset but am still told I am not allowed to use it!

Any ideas? T-Mobile don't even know what it is, let alone how to fix it!

@zester

The company hosting this service is still probably having problems with their servers. In such case, trying to reset your phone etc. will probably do you no good and neither can T-Mobile do anything about it I guess. All you can do is wait and hopåe for the best.
