S500i, broken keys after 4days ( |

ive had my black/green S500i for a few weeks now and the buttons 3,6,9,4 and 7 have all cracked and its a wk31. can i get this fixed? do i bring it to CPW or do i send it to SE? |

are you sure it is from week 31st?
and if it's new, it must have warranty. if you can take it to the service center, do it. imo, it's safer and faster with them than CPW.

I have a W580i and am also experiencing cracked keys. Has anybody contacted SE to see if they are going to act on it?

Product recalls are only done when customer safety is at risk. One is not likely to suffer injury or death from a broken keypad.
won't recall units that have been sold, but will probably pull unsold unit from stores...
