I had a sim free/unbranded one and it had many a problem

Walkman buttons never worked
Phone kept restarting itself when you took a photo
Loss of signal every 2 mins

etc etc etc

Ended up letting it go for £50 just to keep rid of the bugger

New firmware has definately cured the issue, updated yesterday morning and not a crash since!! tried many times to make it crash but no luck.

New firmware does the business

Mine was restarting every 20 seconds. So I went to my local 3 store to get it fixed with the latest firmware. Instead I get a new one which actually differs from the other one in terms of having a different "numpad". Where the call button is, it's raised a little bit not sure how to explain but it's about 0,5mm highter then on my other one. Is all w910 like this?

Works great now btw.
