yes, you can use it in your k800i (or any phone which comes standard with m2 slot) and to use it in your w810 (or other memory stick pro duo device) stick it in the supplied adaptor and will work a charm

id assume they are genuine. i just got a genuine one from an authorised sandisk reseller, it came in a box rather than the plastic pack like above, though again i do think its authentic....
and if only that site was australian, i paid about $25aud more
