I thought they were still negoiating the 'tobacco ban' on Belgium,i think they might wait until the ban comes in effect all round.(meaning the Belgium goverment could allow tobacco advertising)
It's a shame for all though cus spa is no doubt the best track on the calender followed by Monaco and Suzuka.

Im sorry but i use to like Formula one but it just so boring theses days as we all know whose going to win before it has even started, i recon rally has a lot more adrenaline.

i think we will have anther boring year. okay the race it self can be great of ferarrie use a car from the 90's and not there last 2 one's. and that new qaulifing thing i don't like it. |

Arrows are going to appeal against being left out of 2003 season. I don't think they will succeed somehow.
