Porsche have teamed up with Sagem to craft a ridiculously high-end and really rather cool mobile phone, labelled the P'9521.
Esato News
Milled from a solid block of aluminium and using mineral glass, there are some undeniably nice touches. The screen rotates through 180 degrees for camphone action using the 3.2Mp snapper with autofocus and two-LED flash, and there's a fingerprint reader for locking your phone and protecting it from drunken friends intent on changing the language setting to ancient Greek. Said fingerprint reader can also be used to assign different pinkies to different phone numbers, though remembering which finger is which friend could lead to all sorts of difficulty. Elsewhere there's an MP3 player with three built-in speakers for 2.1 stereo sound, EDGE for internet browsing, 2.2in 262k-colour screen, Bluetooth and 1GB MiniSD card slot. Not the most fully featured phone then, but it is completely and utterly left of centre with enough quirkiness and limited appeal (only a few dozen will go up for sale in the UK) Due early September for £815. source:gadgetcentre

Very True....but i've never thought that the Porsche was good looking car anyway...Porsche in my opinion doesn't quite fit in the super car category.
As for this phone, Sagem/Porsche the pair go well together!

First of all it is not Porsche, it is Porsche-Design it is quite different, Secondly i'm a very dedicated fan, have pencils, wallet and other accessories by Porsche-Design, going to buy glasses and a briefcase, I’m talking about Porsche-Design, not driver's selection series, just native Porsche-Design. And the phone is made by them, yet I hate it, for a design studio with such potential... |

oooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooh......
shiny.... me likes....
as someone said, there is a massive difference between porsche and porsche design! the porsche design only attracts a certain number of people, it's very clinical, straight cut lines, but then again what do you expect from a german company?

Yip agreed! Its not Porsche - Porsche its just part of their design house, I have a Porsche Design Kettle and my Adidas sneakers are Porsche Design.
Luckily there no Porsche Logo on this thing, but the idea is there!!

This is a nice piece of kit, Axxxr mentioned, it has 3 speakers!!
Oo, fingerprint sensor, too!!
This is one to watch out for(give or take price......but then look at Aston Martin 8800SE - that WAS a waste of money)......
