It connects ok but immediately goes forward and there is no way to contrrol it. It works fine with a T68

I just had a flashback. there were two versions of the software for the old p series. one was native and the other was java
here is the java one and the download link works
maybe worth a try. back in those days of P900 etc I don't think the T series (T610/T630 etc) supported this version of java but I'm pretty sure recent phones like w880 etc do
worth a shot anyway...

This was one of the coolest bluetooth devices ever made, also shows how SE was technologically advanced back on their early years.

My K700i is on charge and the java app is downloaded for the M600i...
I was just thinking, I have the gameboard too, maybe I can use that on the K700i to drive the CAR-100?

following this discussion I got a bit nostalgic and couldn't wait to get my car-100 again, so... I got a new one still sealed in the plastic bubble and plastic bag.
just got to dig out my old T68i, charge that up then I can charge this and it'll be fun time again!

they don't make these packages easy to get into do they! same with memory cards these days too!
anyway its charging now. I thought I'd do it in a bit more style than the T68i
