Hi all,

Well as an ex owner of a N93 i can honestly say i never had a problem and an optical zoom does actually make a huge difference as lets face it a digital zoom is pretty worthless quality wise.

When I'm using the night mode, instead of using the zoom I prefer to get closer.

if you can avoid it, do not zoom. better yet, go near you subject.

digital zoom is inadvisable since it creates noise and thus, lowers the photo quality. unless, of course, if your phone has optical zoom capability (just like some Nokias with CZ lens)...

I don't remember the last time i used Zoom on my phones , because Zoom is terrible. But Optical Zoom is cool .

If i ever want to zoom , i take the photo in normal , then edit the phone , and then zoom , by doing it that way , better pictures are taken ,.

Only one Nokia has optical zoom. And besides, the CZ branding means nothing.
