I read in a site(don't remember which)that T650i is forbidden by FCC in the USA,because the maximum value of SAR here is 1.6W/kg and T650i has 1.8W/kg!Pretty high!Could anyone confirm this?

I should point out that the sound i mentioned i'd been able to hear in a post a few pages back was VERY quiet indeed and i was in a quiet room too. You wouldn't be able to hear it unless you had the phone at your ear at the time and were paying specific attention (imo)

Yes, you are right. You can only hear this tone if you are in a quite room. And perhaps you also have to change the ear you are listining. I, for example hear it very clearly on my left ear and not that good with the right one. I had so many SEs so far and no mobile had this sound.
Perhaps i hear the high SAR of 1.8W/kg!!!!  |

In the T650i user manual, they say thier T650i match the SAR level which is acceptable in Europe, Africa, Northen America .. so i guess its not a problem .. besides the mobile network in USA is different than other parts of world .. |

hi,
ive had my T650 for a few days now and i like it alot, the screen is an absolut beuty!
but i have a few questions about the light effects. the lightstrip at the back on the phone, when does it light up? never seen it in action. ive seen a clip on the internet showing a flow from side to side.
also. anyone here skilled in the ThemesCreator prgm. im making a theme of the SAAB Black turbo and i want the simple icon desktop thats in underwater theme. dont like the standard color icons.
aprecciate the help.

About the light effects.
I think it glows when someone's calling (in diff. colours).
If it's the same as the S500, then simply go to Menu>Settings>Sounds & alerts>Light effects. |

It's only one colour......but it lights when receving a call, or message/Email(there's a pic somewhere in this discussion), however only briefly...... 
For the theme, you have to edit the theme.xml file, to point to the underwater.swf file in the phone......but I can't think of the correct syntax offhand, have a look in the themes section here......
