so it's 3.2MP with a/f, but without the cybershot branding. the flash seems to be a normal photo light, not a xenon flash. how else does the camera differ from the k800i?

long live the T series !

@batesie
so the body is made of brushed metal, or is it just a 'metal feel'? how about the keypads, are they 'clicky' or rather soft touch? and I've noticed 2 holes above the earpiece, one's for video-calls, what's the other one for? a light sensor?
appreciate your information, thanks ...

Body (top half is brushed Solid Stainless Steel) gives it a realy nice 'natural' weight to the top half of the phone.
keypads are soft and refined yet you know when its clicked.
2 holes are for video call cam (camera 2 vga) and one is an ambient light sensor.

Looks quite elegant. But the smallish 1.9inch screen will put some people off. Is the video rec still at crappy qcif?

thanks, batesie. looks like this could be my next phone. but I'm still waiting for more information on the UI and camera software, don't think the screen bothers me too much as long as it's QVGA. I assume the screen has mirror plating installed on it?
anyways why the 'strange' color schemes? an all-black version would do just nice, even though it seems boring.

What's this thing's estimated price going to be?

Less than the k800i? (It lacks Cybershot branding and the Xenon flash after all...)

probably more at launch, maybe at k800i prices when it first launched. this is considering the proposed sales package, which consists of HPM-75, 256MB M2 card, a carry pouch and the desk stand in the picture as batesie mentioned.

a quick comparison between K800i and T650i. T650i has:

- smaller screen, but same resolution at QVGA, use of D-Pad as opposed to joystick, slimmer design with better materials used for body and display.
- same 3.2MP camera with a/f, but no Cybershot interface and xenon flash, no camera lens cover.
- better sales package, including the items mentioned above.

in essence, this could be a phone with the same specs as the K800i, but in a generic version.

probably the pouch will be made of the same materials as the IPK100? or maybe even velvety material that cleans the phone each time you sheath it? just my speculation though...

I really like it although I still can't uderstand why only one LED, why not two like the K550? So more expensive than the K800, which probably means I'll end up with K800 if I ever do. I can't help feeling SE will come out with a similar plasticy K630, which would be better for my wallet.

And what's the T650' codename?________________
