It's BULKiness and almost the same fascia-layout just reminds me of my Nokia 7650 then . . .  !

The Ultra 900????? I thought they made candybars less than 6 mm thick. The Ultra 900 Can't possibly be that thin.

it looks a nice phone if you decide to buy it though findout if it can use MP3's as ringtones, ive been told the newer samusungs don't allow this function anymore as I had a Z650i before Xmas and took it back for my K800i

to clear things up, d900 aka ultra900, is 12.1 or something mm, u600 is 10.4 or something like that....
u600 is slimmest slider ever.... @jojo, i think al is saying d900 is large  not the u600... any way, d900 is not large, but larger than u600

it is a nice phone, however one thing that annoys me is that you can't put your own themes on it, and yes you can use your MP3 as a ringtone, thats what the samsung road show guy said at me work. |

i had one for a few days before returning it, and yes mp3 for ringtones, and also, a first i believe for samsung, mp3's for text message alerts
