Well i recently upgraded my p990i to the latest version
R5a/Rnf (pda soft/phone soft)
Before the upograde everything was fine.
But now my alarm clock sound has gone so slow that no one can hear it .
It is on the lowest possible volume i suppose .
I have checked all the settings i.e,
In the volumes tab , In the alarm settings everywhere sound is set to max...and the best part while we select the tone for alarm clock and wish to hear it then the sound is full power ..but when the alarm rings in the morning it is not audible...
Already have been late to colg for 3 striaght days..i thought i was not able to get up.
But found out the problem today
Any advice will be great help...
tnx in advance..

yes this is a bug SE put into this new firmware. Only help can be to use a very short alarm beep that increases. Not much louder then a mp3 but it can help until se gratiously will fix that. Nothing else can be done probably. [addsig]

Same problem with my W950i. The alarm sound is too low and it is difficult to wake up.

Yes, if you use Alarm Tone it goes gradually very loud. No problem.
