Is due to launch in the UK on April 20th so not v.long to wait for all the E61 lovers out there!!!
Mine is ordered and on its way for th 20th!!! YAY!
Love using my E61... Reliable, long battery, good qwerty keypad and the screen is lovely!!! Especially when using IRC, MSN, Office and other apps on it! |

Ye cant wait!! But i already gave up my E61 for a Palm Treo 750, for the time being

Can't wait - just hope fitting in the camera won't ruin the brilliant sound!!! There's only so much space in that lovely slab!!! See how the treo 750's sound has suffered from the internal antenna - as compared to earlier external antenna treos...
Still, hope the e61i comes to Ireland - I believe e61 was surprisingly successful here... Hahaaaa!!!

the cam is the usually nokia 2mp cam, right? so as in n70, 6233 etc

Been playing with the E61i for a few weeks now, I miss the E61 jog dial though. The camera is not so bad. I love it handset because of the amount of apps available for it. |

 actually the e61 joy is on the same way great, as the e60 one, cos its covered by rubber, way more stable then the usual ones

am jus glad its finally comin out to replace ma tired E61... lol...
Am actually happy they have changed the joystick... as much as it was a very good joystick the new d-pad arrangement has gotten very good reviews compared to it...
Only thing am bugged about is the change in memory card!!! Gonna have to buy me another 2Gb mem card seein as it takes micro sd an not mini sd!!! lol.
Camera really doesnt bother me as i use a hasselblad camera back for work and a Nikon D2h Mark II for general on outdoors work!!!

micro sd cards arent that expensice anymore and on some way, i do prefer those as mini sd.

right all ordered and on its way to me now!!! lol...
I am recieving it on monday so once recieved i will post some nice new pics an compare it to ma E61 that i'm using now!!!
And i also managed to score myself a 1Gb micro SD card for nothing as well so double bonus!!! |
