the only way to minimize the problem right now is using one of the default alarm sounds, they sound louder than mp3 music files

There is a bug in the alarm...when you preview the default sounds or any sound that you are going to set for alarm they are loud but when your alarm goes off at the set time the sound is very very low..I tried mp3 sounds and phone default sounds and get the same results..very low alarm sounds...I didnt have this problem before updating to latest F/W....

I only ever use the default alarm tone (beep beep) and that seems fine both when testing and when it actually goes off.

I did have a separate issue with the alarm not going off at all this morning, but after a reboot that seems to have gone away.

I've found a sloution without a firmware update.
(my SonyEricsson dealer was not able to do it, i don't know why. :-S)

I had to format the internal disk, this option is in the service menu.
I've made a backup, still some settings were lost.

Now I don't have to use my t630 as an alarm clock :-)
