What mobiles screen size should the stuff have? like 240x320 or something else or even both of them?

@Xen0nflash, I think that's a great idea. Regarding Nokia stuff, it depends on whether you're planning to make your site a dedicated SE download site, or a mobile phone download site. And if you want to scan your files with a greater variety of anti-virus scanners, try this site: VirusTotal

Ok, I will only have SE stuff. and only the screen sizes 240x320 and 176x220.

I'd start with just SE (seeing there is plenty of stuff for that). But in time I'd go to other phones too. But to keep it "easy" start with SE.
(All phones  themes/ringtones/flicks/special programs etc)
