K790i won't start up after Wotan EROM update |

Hi.
1. wotanserver supports only retail units (no solution supports prototypes)
2. EROM update is inside signed loader = all exist solutions including original SE software do same job on EROM update. So your phone would be killed within any attempt to update EROM.

Thanks for the increadibly unhelpful advice there folks. Maybe you should post inside this Very important update that it shouldn't be performed on prototypes. Besides, the phone had current flash already since it was updated by SETool once before. Your upgrade is what caused it to be bricked. Your customer service was absolutely worthless. I really wish I had seen this reply sooner...

one of the reasons og blinking LED near IR is poor battery charge! |

Just wanted to let people know - after almost a full year of my phone being dead due to piss-poor service by Wotan I was able to revive it back to life with the help of an SETool owner and 4-in-1 cable. He repaired my EROM over with USB-over-network.com and my phone is back alive again. If Wotan had a Simple check in place to detect that the phone THEY are recommending to get EROM Flashed has a BROWN cert and not RED then this would have never happened. Their software's Logs SHOW that it saw exactly what 'color' my phone was and still proceeded to botch it up.
If this has happened to anyone else - head to mobile-files.com and lookup the SETool forum seciton. Very helpful people and you don't have to invest into the whole setup. As long as you have the 4-in-1 cable most of them will do it for very little if anything.
