You can get some for about £55.
EDIT: I got mine for £60, it's a Belkin ADSL 2+ wireless router with 4 wired ports as well. It came bundled with a USB wi-fi adaptor for desktops. It's an 802.11 b/g 54mbps.

I got my Buffalo Turbo G pretty cheap I think they start at £35-40 brand new Boba

wlan stands for wireles local area network so yes, wifi is the same as wlan
