This diamond studded cricket ball held by Bollywood actress Mahima Chaudhary is only one of two that will be presented to the best Indian cricketer and the best interim player of the world cup 2007 tournament which is currently being played in the West Indies. Each diamond ball is studded with 5,728 pieces of diamonds with a worth of approximately $68,500.

I know you'd have to be absolutely potty to want to but I just wondered if it was just an ornament or if it could actually function as a cricket ball...
