Delayed from its original February launch date, Apple TV has finally gone on sale in the UK for £199.
Apple TV is a way of streaming your iTunes content from your PC or Mac to your living room TV using your home network. That includes music, video, photos, TV shows or movies, all browsable through a TV interface uisng the Apple Remote.

Last time I watched a music video downloaded from iTunes, on a 42 inch HD screen, it was quite blocky/pixelated. Am I missing something, or are they just stating the above requirements on account of the hdmi connection from appletv to television?
