dublin gave me worst results and thats closest point to me. london gave me better results but faroe slands gave me best.

it'll b the ping time to the server i.e. how long does it take for a signal to go from your comp to their server and back!
The smaller the number the better your connection is deemed... i pick up about 20ms but nearest one to me is dublin lol
The closer u r to the server the quicker the latency (ping) is...

I tried both Dublin and London and although as you say we are closer to Dublin London had the quickest latency (ping)!!

hmmmm..
so i've a good net connection its just not as quick as i'd like!
i have noticed though that my exchange now has SDSL support...
