about 8.5/10. Avnt used the w810 until today and put an orange sim in and it says inactive sim but a vodafone one works in it?

Sorry to 'gatecrash' your thread, but it sounds like that W810i is blocked

The Voda sim will appear to register and get a signal, even send/recieve texts but will not accept calls. O2 and Orange sims will say 'inactive sim' in a blocked phone, T-Mobile and Voda sims will get a signal and appear to work until you try to make a call!
