I had the exact same problem as adhoc_125.
I have a SE M600i Orange Switzerland branded

This was my error log:

Thank's to lemmy31's post, I pressed on C (on the keyboard) instead of the Back button (on the left of the phone) and it worked..

But the client could not connect to kk's server and the operation stopped.

Now it shows me a new CDA number: CDA162016/11 which neither the old one nore the new one I entered..

UPDATE:

I tried again to flash the phone and this time it worked ! I am now a proud owner of a world generic M600i phone !
