I have a T-Mobile UK M600i which I'm keen to debrand using this technique. Can someone tell me how to setup the internet connection once i've blown away the T-Mobile firmware?

just go to the sony ericsson website and get the settings sent directly to your phone, anyway, i think as part of the phone setup after debranding it,it will tell you the phone is now going to download settings and charge you normal mms rates

One last question: If I need to revert to the T-Mobile firmware (eg. if the phone needs to go in for repair) can this be done? Do I just set the CDA back to the original value and run SEUS?

Yes that is always an option, you could even set it to orange if you really wanted to

Just wanted to say, it's great to hear all the success stories so far - unfortunately I've *still* got no internet at home and still can't try it myself, damn Orange! I'd never get a phone off them and I wish my broadband wasn't with them either!

I purchased a single credit from KulanKendi yesterday to change my CDA. I then paid through AllPay, but 24H later still haven't heard anything from KulanKendi.

How long has this taken for others?

I doubt it - seems like 24 hours (give or take an hour or two) is pretty standard.

Well I've now changed my CDA and have the generic firmware! Not bad for 6 euros!

I want to change the CDA of my phone, but everytime I try, it gives me Error: Bypass!> REQ. Any idea why this is happening?

Thanks!

Woohoo!

It's old news I know, but I finally got to use my Kulankendi credit yesterday, and I've now gone from the horrible Vodafone heavy branded version to R5B02 - and what a difference! It's a whole new phone - a lot nicer to look at, and a lot faster and seemingly more stable too.

Thanks Kulankendi!
