Is it Airtel or Hutch or Spice or BSNL ???

Can some1 give me details package & tariff of Airtel student plans & Hutch student plans of karnataka????
Where do I get these Student prepaid sim cards in bangalore??? Address?

Hi stayback.. the cheapest network would definately have to be spice. I have been using spice now for about a year. The call charges for spice to spice are 10 paise and sms are 5 paise. the network coverage and voice clarity is not the best but is manageable. otherthan spice i hav also used hutch for 2 years and it is pretty good but the call rates are bit high.
About the student plan, u need to have a college id to get the sim. |

Among Airtel / Hutch / Spice, which is the best? what is the difference in percentage? How is spice compare to airtel in bangalore?
I belongs to other state, not of karnataka. So what all documents are required for student plan? Can buy a student prepaid sim card on other state student id card??? Pls give me advise how do i buy it???
Can u suggest me a good seller or shop where i will get airtel / spice / hutch fancy prepaid number??? Best place to buy.
