so, finally there will be no rental charges, STD RS 2.4, LOCAL RS 1.4, incoming RS 1.75 in roaming from february 15th across the country for both gsm and cdma phones.

btw IDEA has STD rate of RS 2.75. would it mean in roaming STD will be cheaper.?  |
