The ticket you may be talking about could be a "membership"? Or "membership card"?

its actually not membership card, more a ticket, which allows u to use a service for 10 times

"squash racket" yep
"entrance fee" better
"monthly (entrance) ticket" would work
"10-use (entrance) ticket" gets the message across
